Personal Exercise Book: Author: Clive Steeper & Sue Stokdill Language: Arabic Publication Date: 2020 Book Format: Paperback Publisher: Jarir Bookstore Number of Pages: 284 Book Category: Self-Development Description: This book is designed to be a practical tool, not an in-depth academic study, or a personality review, and it is not a psychological assessment tool. Each chapter includes a set of practical exercises that give you the opportunity to test and explore your knowledge of yourself, and to think about yourself from a perspective you haven't considered before. Although you may feel some discomfort at times due to your self-awareness, you may also experience some "exploratory" moments, where you realize that you can make some changes that could improve your performance and enable you to achieve your goals. Similarly, as you look at the personalities of other individuals you know or work with, this book will provide insights that will broaden your understanding and appreciation of others, and enable you to accept the differences that add to and enrich the fabric of human culture. It is often said that we continue to learn throughout our lives, and perhaps we also continue to remember and realize that there is much we can do but do not. We hope this book will provide you with similar insights and tools to help you adapt your personality to achieve your goals.
